It does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped.

BUZZSTEPS currently delivers orders within Egypt through delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: approximately 24–48 hours.

  • Other Egyptian governorates: approximately 2–5 business days.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Courier operations.

  • Public holidays.

  • Weekends.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Customer unavailability.

  • Circumstances outside BUZZSTEPS' reasonable control.

The applicable shipping fee, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

11. FREE SHIPPING OFFER

BUZZSTEPS currently offers free shipping on orders containing two pairs or more, subject to the applicable checkout conditions.

Customers who purchase two pairs or more in a single eligible order will receive the applicable free-shipping benefit automatically at checkout.

This free-shipping offer is currently intended as a permanent offer with no scheduled expiry date.

BUZZSTEPS may modify or discontinue promotional offers in the future where legally permitted. Any material change to the offer will be communicated through the applicable website or checkout information.

12. ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONS

BUZZSTEPS may offer additional promotions from time to time.

For example, eligible orders may receive:
